Shipping takes 7-14 business days and 2-3 days for us to process and ship out. All items are guaranteed to deliver in 30 business days. If you do not receive your item in 30 business days you will receive a refund for the item you did not receive.
International orders take 12-21 business days.

We are pleased to offer our jewelry patrons a lifetime guarantee if your piece is damaged, fades or is defective during normal wear. The guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece unless, as determined solely by Gold Cartel, your piece can be repaired or was intentionally damaged. In the event Gold no longer carries the piece, you will be permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. This Applies to custom and solid gold / diamond jewelry only, which you can accquire via inquiry at Support@LAGoldCartel.com
What does it mean when my order has been fulfilled?
Fulfillment means your payment was accepted and your item is ready for shipment. Apply shipment expectations Once you've received an email saying your order was fulfilled.
Why did my order come in different packages?
Sometimes when demand is extremely high we send orders in different packages, one to expedite the shipping process, and two, too allow the fulfillment process to begin. Also, when orders are mixed with apparel and jewelry then please expect several packages. Due to us curating the products from manufacturers are apparel fulfillment and jewelry fulfillment are dispersed through 2 different locations. Please be aware of this when ordering from Gold Cartel.
Is the Jewelry Made With Real Gold/Silver/Rhodium Finishes?
Yes, we use 14-18c yellow gold finishes, real .925 sterling silver, and genuine white/black rhodium. All of our products are thoroughly tested for quality and durability before, during and after production. We meet all regulations set by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Jewelry Vigilance Committee.
Can I get additional discounts on Solid Gold Pieces/Diamond Jewelry?
Due to the high value of solid gold and diamond jewelry these pieces are marked down on an individual basis, therefore cannot be included in promotions or sales. Each piece will be marked down individually to get you the best price possible.
How do I make a return or exchange?
If you would like to make an exchange or return, please contact Support@LAGoldCartel.com to initiate the return/exchange. We will provide you with an authorization form and return instructions. All orders placed within 7 days of date of delivery are eligible for return/exchange. If the item is returned and upon inspection is deemed worn, you will not be refunded and will be required to pay shipping to have it returned to you. We carefully inspect all returns/exchanges to ensure they are in mint condition.
How should I store/protect my jewelry?
Jewelry should be kept absolutely dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.
Chlorine, especially at high temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewelry. Gently clean your gold or vermeil jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. Be sure not to over-polish jewelry, especially vermeil, because it can damage the finish.
What is the Return Policy?
Solid Gold and Custom Jewelry
Because all solid gold jewelry is made to order, we cannot accept returns on solid gold jewelry. Similarly, because all custom jewelry and pieces are made to order, we cannot accept returns on custom jewelry.
Apparel is returnable within 5 days of purchase, if the item is in unworn condition with the tags attached. Shipping will not be refunded. Please contact Support@LAGoldCartel.com for all return and exchange inquiries to ensure your return is processed properly.
Gold Cartel reserves the right to determine the condition of all products with respect to returns and exchanges.
We will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example, if GoldCartel were to send you the incorrect pendant or article of clothing.
How long does it take for shipping?
Orders choosing Standard shipping will be shipped via USPS Priority mailing, which will take approximately 7-21 business days to arrive.
Orders over $100 will receive tracking, customers are 100% protected and entitled for a full refund if after 20 Business days their product never arrives, and is proven so through the postal service.
For international orders you can select either of the following options:

All Purchases of other products on the website constituting jewelry and other products remain final, unless deemed otherwise by gold cartel meeting our damage standard, when purchasing from gold cartel all customers are hereby applicable to this policy. They are exempt if product is damaged according to our approval or if product is not received in 30 business days. This determines that under any other circumstance purchases are final and agreed to when making a purchase with gold cartel.
Is your gold plating just like any other company's?
No, our gold plated products are finished using the same quality specifications as our vermeil jewelry. The process we use is the highest quality plating available. This process allows our gold plated jewelry to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to, adding a lot thicker layer of gold based finishes. We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest lasting products available.
What is Vermeil?
Vermeil is a term used to describe a high quality jewelry that must meet the following standards:
1.) The base metal is .925 Sterling Silver (no brass, copper, nickel, or tungsten)
2.) The gold karat must be at least 12K. We utilize 18K and 14K depending on the piece.
3.) The gold must be at least 2.5 microns thick. This is much thicker than electroplating or typical gold dipped jewelry and will outlast typical gold plated items.
All Vermeil items are a 925 sterling silver base, except Franco chains which are made of a stainless steel base due to the chain style.
Gold and Vermeil cleaning tips
Some notes for cleaning jewelry:
1. For extremely dirty jewelry, use a soft-bristled toothbrush (be sure not to use a stiff-bristled toothbrush or it could damage the finish) and if necessary, gentle soap to clean the vermeil jewelry under warm running water. Make sure you rinse well and wipe with a soft non-abrasive cloth to dry. Water residue can cause staining. Make sure the piece is fully dry before returning to storage.
2. Many websites recommend a baking soda and water (mix in equal parts and cake on the vermeil, leaving for about 10 minutes before rinsing clean) cleaning method, but we have found this doesn’t work very well.
3. Buff or clean the vermeil with a soft, dry cotton cloth. DO NOT over polish with silver polishing cloth on the vermeil. It will strip the finish off, leaving you with just the sterling silver underneath.

GoldCartel warrants all Gold Plated, Vermeil, and Solid Gold products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for the lifetime of the customer. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, not including damage caused by excessive wear or lack of care. During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product and it is deemed by us to be a manufacturers defect, follow the instructions for returning the product. Gold Cartel will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced; or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product. Gold Cartel shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to Gold Cartel . A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes Gold Cartels property. Due to the high value of Solid Gold and diamond jewelry these pieces are marked down on on an individual basis, therefore cannot be included in promotions or sales. Each piece will be marked down individually to get you the best price possible. Solid Gold products are made to order and are not refundable. Please note that diamond pieces are excluded from the warranty as they are individually crafted and inspected for perfection.

What is our policy regarding all orders?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t fulfill your request, this insures us away from commercial products, adverts, music videos, etc. IF you'd like to receive a sponsorship from us for your next project, film, t.v. show, catalog, music video, music release, and or another other pertinent event then please contact us at Support@LAGoldCartel.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. After 30 days of the given purchase this product is non-refundable. It is important to note that all of our items our curated through whole sale distribution network. Though All Custom sales are done through Gold Cartel, a majority of items are supplied through other networks of manufacturing and distribution. All Customers take note of this and understand they may recieve several packages.
Additional non-returnable / non refundable items include:
- Earrings (unless still in packaging).
- Gift cards
- items without proof of payment. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Any and all items that are designed for being applied onto an epidermis do not receive a refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Any and all forms of skin irritation and or allergic reaction is considered fault of the consumer and Gold Cartel nor anyone Associated is responsible. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. All items labeled as "gold Finish entail it is gold plated" Note, we work directly with other jewelers and some items might be from our partners.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you seek a refund please ship the item back to the designated address, provide a tracking number and then you will be issued your refund. Everyone is entitled to a refund BEFORE the item is shipped. Anything after Shipment is applicable to the rules above.
